AICA ASIA PACIFIC HOLDING PTE. LTD., a subsidiary wholly owned by AICA KOGYO CO.,
LTD., a Japanese corporation, has entered into a joint venture with ADB Sealant Co., Ltd. by subscribing
to newly issued shares in the proportion of 51 percent. After the capital increase, ADBS has a new
registered capital of 645.09 million baht and became associated company of ADB, with the joint objective of expanding the sealant and DIY
market in the Asian region.
